2. Service Description
VibeSprite provides AI-powered 2D game sprite generation services. Users purchase credits to generate character sprites and animations.
3. User Obligations
By using this service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate registration information
- Not use the service for illegal purposes
- Not attempt to abuse, hack, or disrupt the service
- Respect intellectual property rights
4. Credits and Payments
- Credits are purchased via Stripe payment processing
- Credits are non-refundable once used to generate content
- Unused credits remain in your account
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days notice
5. Generated Content
- You retain ownership of content you generate
- We reserve the right to use generated content for service improvement
- You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws
6. Service Availability
- We provide the service "as is" without guarantees of uptime
- We may suspend or terminate the service at any time
- We are not liable for data loss or service interruptions
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
- We are not responsible for third-party services (Stripe, RunPod, Google)

9. Account Termination
- You may delete your account at any time
- We may terminate accounts that violate these terms
- Unused credits are forfeited upon account termination
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Estonian law. Disputes will be resolved in Estonian courts.
12. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights)
EU consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving reasons. However, this right is waived when you explicitly request immediate service delivery (credit purchase and use).
